Any subject access request must be made in writing to the Data Protection Officer and accompanied by the appropriate administration fee.

The Information that we collect;

We will collect your email address, postcode and caravan details for the purpose of being able to contact you, give us an indication of approximinatley where the caravan is located in the country and the starting process of knowing which caravan to value.

We will then collate information with regards to your caravan for the purposes of our expert valuation team. The answers you give may effect the valuation. Our team may use this information to contact you via email should we require further information about the caravan or email you to introduce our sister site where you would be able to offer your caravan for a private sale.

Our next step is your contact details, this is so we know who we are dealing with, we collate your name and telephone numbers. Our team may use this information to contact you directly to verbally discuss your caravan and our offer.

Accepting or Declining an offer:- If the information that you have entered falls within our criteria you will be given an instant online valuation or we may ask you to call for a price should we require further information. At Accepting or declining an offer you will receive an automated email from us confirming the information we have received. Should you decline an offer and our expect buying team feel that you would benefit from attempting to sell your caravan privately, we may send you an email introducing our sister site or we may call you due to current market conditions to discuss your caravan valuation.

We store data for a period of 24 months to help with our market analysis. Should you wish for any personal data that we may hold to be removed please contact us via our contact form and we will conduct the necessary checks to ensure we are dealing with the correct person.
